Once you've sent your items, the returns process can take up to 7 working days. You'll receive an email from us as soon as we process your return, which is usually within 5 working days of us receiving your returns.
If you need to cancel your order, please call our customer service team ASAP on 01-4275350 after placing your order. Our team works fast when it comes to getting orders processed, so once your item has been dispatched we can no longer honour cancellation requests.
