If you wish to exchange products from your order please contact us using the contact us form below.
If you want to return products, you can, as long as we receive it back to our warehouse within 15 days from the date of delivery in a resellable condition. We’re sorry but we don’t accept returns on confectionery, personalised products, helium canisters, pre-filled party bags, pants, hosiery or wigs.
Please print off and complete the following return form putting it inside the package along with the products. Make sure you secure the products you’re returning, and send them to the address listed on the return form. We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
Please note that we won’t cover the cost of returning products unless products are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied. All returned products are inspected when we receive them. If a product is returned in a condition we think is unfit for reselling, we won’t process the refund and we’ll return it to you.
